Camera heaven!

Learn the history of photography

The old school 3D spectacles

What is more interesting in this museum is that you can even play with some of the antique camera, viewing images with the old twin lens Yashica flex, and feel the ambiance of the dark room, which most of us have only seen it on TV or cinema and always think of how cool the dark room is. You can understand better on how cameras worked in decades ago when you experience the pinhole room and playing with the camera obscura.

Toys for you to play with

The super cool dark room experience!

Just like the one in the movies and dramas... Love this!

Smile..

and....tadaaaaa

Captured with obscura camera :D

TOO MANY PHOTOS TO UPLOADDDD!!!
You just have to go there and see it & experience it yourself!

I think it is a good effort for the museum to let the public understand the cameras displayed and the changes in camera over time better with the tour guide explaining every single thing to us and taught us how to experiment some antique gadgets there rather than just letting us wander around and read on our own. Thumbs up!

After the tour around the museum and maybe a little tired of taking photos of the amazing cameras, you can freshen yourself up with some juice or coffee and fill your stomach with some snacks at the Double Exposure Cafe at the ground-floor of the 2-storey shop lot.

And don't forget to get yourself a souvenir or two from the Snap Shot souvenir shop. The shop sells variety of camera-inspired merchandises such as T-shirt, canvas bag, pouch, fridge magnet, key chains, phone casing and beautiful decorations.

Cool tees.

And accessories for the ladies!

The Camera Museum is open daily from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and entrance fees are as follow;
Adult RM 20
Student/Senior citizen RM10
** Entrance to the ground-floor gallery, Snap Shot shop and Double Exposure cafe is free
